Nai Shipped It – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Nai Shipped It, you agree to follow the terms and conditions listed below. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.

2. What We Do
Nai Shipped It acts only as a shipping facilitator. We are not responsible for the contents of any package. It is the sender’s responsibility to make sure their shipment complies with all laws and regulations. Nai Shipped It is not liable for any civil or criminal consequences related to the contents of your shipment.

3. Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, the following cannot be shipped:

  • Controlled substances, drugs, and paraphernalia

  • Firearms, explosives, or weapons

  • Hazardous materials or chemicals

  • Stolen goods or counterfeit items

  • Any item violating U.S. federal law or the laws of the Virgin Islands

We reserve the right to refuse or report any package suspected of containing prohibited or illegal items.

4. Sender Responsibilities
By shipping with us, you agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for what’s inside your package.

  • Ensure your shipment follows all shipping laws and regulations.

  • Understand that Nai Shipped It is not liable for damages, delays, confiscations, or legal issues.

  • Indemnify and hold Nai Shipped It harmless from any claims, penalties, or damages related to your shipment.

5. Shipping Policy & Deadlines

  • One-Time Shipment Rule: After shipping to our PO Box, you must contact us for approval before making future shipments.

  • Event Orders: If shipping for an event, we recommend ordering at least one week in advance.

  • Payment Deadline: Once your package arrives at our PO Box, payment must be submitted within 5 business days. Packages not paid for within this time will be discarded without refund. No exceptions.

6. After Your Package Ships
Once we ship your package and provide you with a tracking number, Nai Shipped It is no longer responsible for it. Any further issues (delays, damage, etc.) must be addressed directly with USPS or the shipping carrier.

7. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Violation of these terms

  • Suspicion of illegal or fraudulent activity

  • Failure to meet payment or communication requirements

8. Updates to These Terms
Nai Shipped It may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
